Day 11 - A picture of something you love

My girlfriends - everyone of my closest gal pals is pictured. I have seven of the most loyal and caring individuals a girl could ask for. They love me for all of my best qualities and all of my not so good qualities too. They have my back no matter what, and put me in my place when I need it. Life would not be complete without any of them. They hold all my secrets :)

Okay....I will really try to get to day thirty.  I believe I started this in February, and it is supposed to be finished in thirty days.   Well it is not going so hot for me.  I'll just post a day when I think of it ;)

Day 10 - A picture of something you hate

Putting away laundry.  I despise it!  I do not mind doing it the actual laundry part, it is the putting away that I hate!  It has been seen at my house where there are about 10 piles of laundry stacked all around just because I do not want to put them away.

Bentley's Baptism

The littlest joy of my life was baptized on March 19, 2011.  Dan and I were both honored to be named godparents and can't believe that this little guy is 2 months old already!  We love you Bentley.
Bentley with two of his four godparents standing up with him.    For some reason they wouldn't let our spouses be up there?!

My sister Kasey, her husband Justin, Bentley, and myself!

Another take with Mom and Dad!

The whole family.  It was a great weekend!

Honeymoon in Cabo!

Dan patiently waiting.  We got to the airport at 5am only to find out our plane was cancelled.  We did get rerouted to Minneapolis but had to wait there for another  9 hours before we could board a plane to Mexico.  It was a long day but we had fun anyway :)

Keeping entertained in the airport....

Waking up every morning.  Yes please!

Another shot of the beautiful view!

Margaritas made us very happy.

The sushi was amazing here!

I had to wear a shirt the second day because I got a little to much sun the first day out.  I  made it work though :)

Dan could not get enough of the view and waves.

Sunset walk on the beach.  We did this almost every night ;)

A few couples we hung out with at night.  Shawna, Tim, Kim, and Ron.  They were lots of fun!

I just had to do it.  I'm sorry!

Dan.....almost getting capsized by the wave.

A nice young man made us kiss when he found it was our honeymoon.    I didn't mind though :)

In Cabo San Lucas at the marina.  This day was so much fun!

At the world's smallest bar, Slim's.  Capacity of 4!

Dan was feeling romantic so he payed a mariachi band to play me the most romantic song they had.  I think they only knew like two, but it was the thought that counts :) Haha

Dan getting to drive the fishing boat on our way out for deep sea fishing.  We didn't catch anything, but the boat ride was AMAZING.  We saw whales and lots of dolphins!

This is me....getting scared as we headed even farther out.  EEEKKKK!

And then there was this view.......100% worth it!

Our last night on the beach.  I wish we could have stayed even one more day!

As we boarded the plane to come home.  Excited to sleep in my own bed and get back to school to see the kids.  If it weren't for those two things, another week would have been nice.
Okay....a little out of order, but our first picture together on the beach.  Our bodies look extremely pale.  This is also the day that I got a little to much sun!
Wow....what a week.  I can't say enough about our fabulous trip to Mexico.  The people were amazing, the sites where gorgeous, and the days were warm and sunny.  We had the best time and could have spent at least two more weeks down there without running out of things to do!  We loved every moment of our honeymoon and are looking forward to planning another trip!
