St. Patrick's Day Parade

Since it was so nice out on Saturday, Dan and I ventured downtown to take Adlee to her very first parade.  It was fun (for us) she slept the whole time!  It was still nice to get out and enjoy the weather though!

So tired...

On Thursday, I put you in your swing while I was making supper.   You were so tired out from daycare that you fell asleep with your arm up in the air!  It was so cute!

Our First Walk

Last Sunday it was so nice out we decided to take Adlee for her first walk. (this was before the 70 degree weather!)  We went a few blocks but turned around because the wind was pretty cold and we thought we should bring her back in!  It was fun while it lasted though, and the weather has been so nice this week we went on several more.
Here we are!  All ready to go....except you can't even see Adlee!

Here she is in her little sweater from Aunt Carey!  It kept her nice and warm, for the 10 minutes we were outside :)

3 months (well....on Tuesday)

Miss Adlee turned three months on Tuesday.  I couldn't snap the pictures though because I just started work again AND I had conferences.  Exhausting....
Anyway, here is this funny little girl.  Getting so big already!  She loves to suck on her hands, sit up and look all around, play under her little gym, and can almost roll over (she gets on her side from her back).  She is such a happy baby, smiling all the time.  She is eating about 2 1/2 - 3 oz at each feeding.  We cannot believe we had lives before this little girl.  She has completely changed our worlds in more ways than one AND for the better.  We love you little monkey :)

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Thanks G & G Hyland for the new outfit!

Adlee's First Friend

On a happy note, the best part about daycare is that Adlee was able to meet her first friend. Dan picked her up and said she was pretty excited about it!  She told me all about it when she got home....with smiles and baby talk ;)

First Day of Daycare

Well the moment finally arrived.  Miss Adlee had to spend the day at daycare.  I was dreading it from the moment I was able to set my eyes on this little girl.  I cried, felt a little silly about it, and texted her daycare provider all day.  However, I survived, the drop off today was much easier, and she slept most of the time both days (we'll see how today goes).  I think I can make it through this.  Plus I know that summer is only a short 8 weeks away.  Thanks to Kim for making me feel a little less crazy and taking such good care of Adlee.
